Amazon global devices launch
As Global Creative Director of Amazon Devices, I drove all digital creative for the 2020 global Fall launch event. We announced 70+ new Amazon products and services. This work drove 190MM impressions, 7.7MM clicks, and 4% CTR during 48-hour Amazon homepage takeover. This launch was early in the pandemic, and I was asked by my SVP to think around the idea of “Better Together.” After a couple months of concepting—and multiple ideas—I landed on “Reimagine the Possible.” This call to action is about learning to build a better world that’s full of hope and optimism while also protecting ourselves, our family, friends, community, and the spaces we all share. I also pushed the team to cut through the clutter with impactful visual design. My direction was to create “visual Xanax.” The look and feel below differentiates from the day-to-day customer experience on Amazon.com. With a copy motif that showcases the wide breadth and capabilities of our new products. I led all concepting, creative strategy, design, copywriting, art direction, and production. And presented to SVP, VPs, and Directors.
